Sketch- The Oracle

So a while ago I told myself that I'd stop overloading my dev watchers with crappy sketches. Needless to say that was a lot of self-loathing on my part. I'm finally getting to the point where I like whats coming out of my sketchbook so I figured I'd start uploading things again.

So this 'Sketch Dump' is more of a pet project to see what you guys are interested in, what you like, what you don't like, and what's worth further work and possibly digitally redrawing and coloring. So I welcome your comments and criticism on this project. I'm hopefuly going to be tabling in the Artist's Ally at ConnectiCon this summer so any feedback will be used to help me decide what to work on for purpose of selling prints.

This is a sketch I did less than a year ago. It's supposed to be Riku from Kingdom Hearts in the garb of my AU fanfic 'The Gifted' but this could be about any generic oracle or prophet type character of mine.

The intent was to turn this into a Klimt style painting but I couldn't find a real face I liked enough to use as a reference and then I lost interest after I attempted to CG this. I have the line art and partial color on my comp somewhere.

This seems to be the favorite piece when showing off my sketchbook though....
