I think it's good time for a new ID.... the previous one was about 2 years old.

So this is the first photo of me in my nearly completed cosplay of Riku from Kingdom Hearts II. I know that this isn't exactly an original cosplay but I love this character so I'm doing it out of sheer love of him and no other reason.

Reasons why I love Riku and why I'm cosplaying him:

1)He's just an interesting character period. Starts off wanting desperately to get away from everything that he knows, goes about doing it in the worst way possible, destroying his home in the process. He then gets used by the powers of darkness, manages through force of will to save himself, and then goes about to atone for what he's done by working in secret to help his friend all the while running circles around his friend so that Sora doesn't realize what he's become. In the end he ends up working with Sora to save everyone, confronting everything that he's been running from in the process.

2) His attitude. He's a smart ass and he knows it. He gets by on wit and sarcasm alone.

3)He's just effortlessly beautiful.

I'm sure I'll come up with more reasons later...... but enjoy. More to come shortly.
